For all of you mint and chocolate lovers out there, here you go!
This recipe is a little conservative with the mint flavor, so you may have to play around with it to fit your personal preference. Some people love heavy mint, some love just a hint of it. Some people hate it altogether!

If I wanted this to taste more like a brownie how much coca powder would you add? I'm thinking I'll add a little cocoa powder and do regular chocolate chips instead of mint. Ps a brownie baked oats recipe would be beyond amazing! Lol
