So, the girl can do new interesting stuff and the the puzzle got brand new pieces.
Many problems were solved too.

Is this seat taken?

So the girl is now able to find a chair (or anything similar to it), seat on it and rest while doing things. The stamina bar tracks her energy and under a certain threshold she will need to rest. She still doesn't disengage from you if she is really into you in that moment, but as she stops she will search for a chair to rest.

This way she searches the chair and in particular the way she sits is very different from the past mix@chair behaviours. Infact in this version she can sit everywhere even on tall platforms, there's no behavioural switching everything is seamlessly connected, she uses perceptions system to seat so sitting is driven by her perception in real time.
You will recognize the huge differences immediately.

Obviously even on the chair she can touch around, explore surroundings, interact with the boy and move accordingly to the chair shape. Beside the standard interactions you can also have sex with her if the position and her disposition will allow that (your penis has to be aligned with her vagina and disposition should be fairly high).
Remember to trigger auto thrust (from ui or key 'k') to start penetration and her reactions in sync with your movement (audio as well). Also you can as always change thrust speed as well (from ui or key 'v').

When stamina is high enough and you're not sexually interacting with her, she will stand up and go on with her business. Also she will likely remember the chair and in case come back to it if she will want.

Cowgirl anyone?

In 1.23 you could seat approaching a filled furniture. She was interacting with you while you were seating. Now, if you're laid back enough and she is aroused enough, she is able to climb on you and eventually do sex from there.
She can also perform other interactions compatible with the position she will take from there, so handjob single double and reverse, kisses, caressing and blowjob.

Anyway, to make it possible, you just need to seat somewhere and bring back the head in order to lean backwards enough. If she's near you and highly aroused she will try to climb you. Also I suggest to keep curiosity under 1 since the beginning for this. since climbing cases are still poorly managed.

A bit of backstory on this: it was an absolute nightmare to plan and code and it is still nowhere near to a good result in my mind. Let's say sufficient but it's still very unreliable since many variables are not managed and this leads to some loop cycles. The return too is clumsy for the same reasons.
I will work on it and make it more robust. The good news is that when it works it's awesome and the full scene, from before the climbing to the cowgirl, is very satisfying to experience.

Other interesting stuff

I hear you on the masturbation issues and I fixed them. Now the girl recognizes her position respect the boy and chooses the proper way to perform the handjob. This means that she could also chooses to use the new reverse handjob, since the regular one is not correct in many occasions.
I tuned better the grab too and now she can perform a double handjob without nasty consequences.

Another interesting stuff I introduced in this release (but not yet exploited as much as I want) is the memory system. I like her to come back to some locations she explored just because she decided to. Also this is particularly notable on the chairs. For example she could seat on a chair in a different room, let's say afar from her current location, and try to turn to it even if she doesn't see it.
When she did it was kinda satisfying and gave me the impression of a real behaviour.
Obviously this is the first prototype, its advantages are really slim at the moment, but it's good to have it ready to support any kind of memory-driven action.

I also started to implement some ordinary gestures like her pointing to her destination, just for the sake of realism.

For the very same reason I introduced the stamina bar as well. I think any human being cannot do the same stuff in  a limitless way and this tracks that threshold and trigger the behaviours that point to the need of resting, like the seating in this release.

In this release let's you interact with the girl while climbing furniture as well (curiosity over 1). This was not possible in 1.23 and now she can somehow manage that. This is just an early version, expect some nasty outcome since there was no room for a decent test on it. It will surely have the focus next.

Finally, this release fixes a lot of stuff and improve old ones. For example her reactions to your caresses are a lot more responsive. Her hands gestures and exploring movements are more fluid and have less uncertainties.

Further considerations on this release

I'm very positive about the new release but there are two topics that need special focus in my opinion. 

First, for  time constraints, it's a bit too buggy and unbalanced. This means a lot of scenarios were not tested and there are still conflicts and unpleasant reactions. For this very reason interactions while climbing are still a mess even if I wanted them ready for this release (quite working anyway, let's see also the other half of the glass :D ).
Anyway, a long session of testing and tuning is very much due, I hope for the next release.

Second, more important, the experience is still not smooth as I wanted. As I say I'm using bars and indicators in a reduced way but I think there's still too much to check on the ui and direct interaction is still not as "direct" as I want.
For example it's still not possible to stop momentum of the actions just interacting with the girl (like when disposition is high and takes time to go lower). To compensate this I introduced tow bars to directly set disposition and energy but it's just a temporary workaround.

As I said the aim is to completely avoid the need to check the ui, but since we're not still there it's also correct to make user's life simpler.
Summarizing, a lot of work on this has to be done as well.

Well, just an unexpected fourth paragraph of rambling πŸ˜‚ .

How to use it

Regolo Engine 1.24 has been built and tested on VaM 1.20.77.9.

Detailed instructions about dance folder and dance UI can be found in the 1.8 release post.

It's highly recommended to disable soft body physics to enhance the experience and avoid undesirable effects. In fact the many random frictions caused by most of the behaviours generated by the plugin cause unpredictable soft-physics reactions.

Change physics update cap to 1 if you experience trembling issues.

Also an important recommendation: safest way to start over the plugin execution is to clear it, reset girl's pose manually (from the person -> control panel) and then reload it. The plugin tries to automatically reset the pose at every start but it's not always perfect.

Please remember the furniture list known by the girl, below. You can delete and add duplicates but there always must be one and only one couch with the guy over it. Also, don't create steeplechases and create a regular environment as the standard room provided, please.

Limitations and caveats

- Consider always that anima and obsessions are mutually exclusive. Every time you choose one of them you lose the previous settings. You can check your current choice looking at the yellow info box at the lower left corner of the UI.

- The Enchanter room tries to load 500+ audio files at the beginning, but it doesn't need to do that again if you just reset the plugin.  The songs for the dancing load at the beginning too (but can changed and reloaded in real time via UI).

- Being it totally procedural, there can be better and worse runs.

- Some behaviours have really a large spectrum of possibilities, so some unlucky variations are unavoidable.

In the end

Summer has exploded and it's vacation time for many of us. I'm not exception to this, so, as every year during this period, I will work at the engine in slow mode.
Since past two years I was not able to deliver monthly release in August I don't think I'm going to make any statement about it (except that I will block payment in case).
For sure 1.25 will be out as soon as possible, hopefully August but more probably September, let's stick to this plan😁  .
