It's the first time it happens. It could be you accidentally changed tier after the purchase? I searched for a way to manually upgrade your tier but I didn't find an option in Patreon to do so. I think it would be better to contact Patreon to request support on this, since it could be also a bug from their side. In the meanwhile I'm sending you the links to download externally the last two Enchanter releases, so that you can use them immediately. PS: if you want to try out the mix@stairs I suggest using the 1.20 since I recently found a bug in the focus system introduced in the 1.21. Let me know if I can help in some other way on this.
