- arms/hands movements were disabled during standard cowgirl because of a bug

PS: I'm sorry guys for this second bugfix but I was made aware that standard cowgirl has no more arms and hands movements. I know next release is not far away but I simply can't stand a major problem like this one, hence this new minor release.
