Cheesy Breakfast Quesadillas

So good I just made these and didn’t use all the egg. Maybe about half only. How much do I minus if I don’t make the Sausage links?

Super happy that these freeze and reheat pretty well. I can't eat the same thing everyday, and hate things going to waste. Put these on a sheet pan and put in the freezer for like 30 minutes, then wrap up in freezer paper and store them. I wrap in a paper towel, and stick in the microwave for like 2 minutes or the air fryer for 5, delicious!

Thanks to Zach I was meal prepping breakfast on Sunday night at 9. Only had enough eggs for two days- so now I’m on my way to the store for more. Best breakfast prep I’ve tried so far! Used paper towels and foil and they were still a little crispy in the microwave after reheating. Delicious!!

Make sure you don't put them in the fridge when they are still hot. This will cause some condensation. Wrapping them in a paper towel may help a little. If you have the option of reheating in the air fryer before you eat them, this will help crisp them up a bit :)
