Since you guys are young I'm guessing you don't know this: At the beginning he sings "a bottle of red, a bottle of white, it all depends upon your appetite" he's referring to red and white wine which go with different foods, but at the end he sings "a bottle of reds, a bottle of whites, for whatever mood you're in tonight" he's talking about pills - back then reds were downs and whites were speed.
Oh, and in case nobody else answered your question. Greasers were the gearheads of the 19050s - black leather jackets, DA (ducktail) haircuts... if you know Fonzie from Happy Days, he's a greaser.
