I think she is guilty as heck but I am confused about the conflicting witness statements. I would have had to go with 2nd degree. One witness said Hannah exited her car with the gun already pulled and witness said she pulled it later, one said Kenneth was just sitting there almost comatose but it’s been proven Kenneth placed his hands on Hannah? Either way she is a self righteous idiot who should have let the police handle it. However if she had pulled the gun later her initial intentions would lead me to 2nd degree. That poor man must have been so scared.
