The devoted father of two was looking forward to celebrating his upcoming 47th birthday with friends and family. On January 17th, 2021, he was supposed to pick up his 9-year-old daughter on his way to the part…but he never showed up. After some discussion, his loved ones realized it had actually been 3 days since anyone had spoken to Francis. Naturally, they began to worry after he missed his own birthday party…but when authorities learned he’d been in the midst of an ugly custody battle over his youngest child, concerns quickly shifted from slightly distressed to a desperate sense of panic.
