Little Extract from the "Master Lighting in 3D" Course

Hi Patrons,

First, thank you so much for your Support. Right now I am working on Lesson 04 of this awesome course and I decided to share a little extract with everyone. Next week, there will be a lot of Training, so for now... just take this little 15 Minutes Tutorial Snack and prepare yourself;-).

Attached, you will find the scenefile. Notice, that you have to download the head model and the IES files by yourself. also I can´t provide you with the Textures, because I don´t have the copyright. And I used a LUT in the camera, which I can´t share with you for the same reason.

Have a nice weekend my Friends, Best

Markus

There are all kind of ies lights, they all give a different light distribution and you have to see which one works for your scene. Some ies lights are very focused and directional (while others can be more soft and diffuse) and these focused one's can give a more dramatic look, at least that's my opinion.

Would you recommend that we try using IES lights to create more dramatic lighting? It looks like the IES lights will provide more dramatic lighting.
