2021-06-21 18:48:53 +0000 UTCIn the beginning that was Shigiraki leader of the League of Villians. Iirc his hair was always white in the manga but in the anime they made it that light blueish color. So they're just going back to the original.

Also you missed a short post credit scene where Todoroki asks Bakugo and Midoriya to join him and do internship together with Endeavor since they don't have anywhere else to go.
