Words about my professional situation:

sorry it has been a while since we talked. I’m no good at this!! Which is why I do other things like draw comics. But even I’m no good at that cus I’m stopping Gunshow. It’s over! It’s so over and now I am barely doing anything. What’s up? Well, let me inform you: I am talking with a publisher about a handful of different projects. One of them was forest fwends, but that has been shelved for now as they have something else they’d like me to work on and something else of mine they’d want to publish. So it’s talks and talks right now as they get contracts ready and other things signed up. A lot of waiting, which is the usual for these things I guess. I’m used to working by myself and I can just start and stop something with the snap of a finger(s). Sorry for being secret about names, but I can’t say just yet. I will when it’s ready. Another thing: I am working with a website to make a weekly comic about games for you. I’ve pestered many and one has stood up and said “Okay, we’ll pay you” and now I can I legally write off games as a business expense. That should start up at the beginning of the new year once I get back to my home in Massachusetts (currently writing this in my parents’ house in the room that used to be my sister’s as mine was converted into a sewing room for mom). I know the term “video game webcomic” can carry a lot of stigma these days, but I honestly don’t care because I truly do enjoy video games and like to make jokes about them. So no Forest Fwends yet. I would like to pursue it at some point in my life cus I like drawing those dumb animals, but something else has recently pushed into my head that I can’t shake. An idea that I am slowly working and molding out called “Seed.” It’s in my sketchbooks, it’s in my head, it’s in the music I listen to. It’s driving me crazy, but in a good way. I would love to start it up as a webcomic, but I don’t think just yet. I want to give BACK and Pinocchio the love they deserve, so Seed waits… but I will still be fleshing it out as I go. I’ll try to post a bunch of concept stuff for it that I’ve drawn for y’all. You know, I have two audio files for two more video comics I could finish up. I really need to do those. I really need to do those. That’s whats going on. A lot of nonsense! And there’s always something up with my car. I’m gonna get it fixed today. I’ll talk to you soon. love, kc
