Bro this anime is a parody. It's supposed to be this over the top. Don't have the mentality of it being a serious anime because its really not supposed to be.
2019-05-09 21:33:41 +0000 UTCI think the animation is slowly progressing as the season goes on, episode three was pretty amazing imo, but it's obviously not as fluid as the first season. It'll be impossible to reach that bar of quality again because of how almost every episode of season 1 was out-sourced to some of the best animators and studios in the business, out best bet is to try and focus on the story.

2019-05-07 07:09:37 +0000 UTCThe choppy style works for me. Emphasizing speed and power at the cost of fluidity. But the two true stars of the season must be the sound effects. That crackling goodness is fucking epic. Second star is the funny lines and situations. This stuff is a comedy at heart. Can't wait to see more, I've read enough of the manga to understand how hyped one should be for the coming episodes.

2019-05-03 10:33:38 +0000 UTCI'll put it into my perspective. The animation is not insane, but it's still good. Compare this to say One Piece. Obviously One Piece is a long running show but I'm enjoying each episode much more than most anime's. I'd say to enjoy it stop trying to pick which animation is "hot" and whats not.
