NPC Suggestion Box

So I am working through various NPC's in Curse of Strahd but I also want to do some other more generic ones for people to use in their games. Drop me a comment with what sort of NPC you'd like to see.
Please keep requests relatively simple; things you can include would be a job type, fantasy race, ttrpg class, etc. Ex: Barmaid, Elven noble, Swashbuckler
