BONUS! Mother and Snow Day Bart

Spiky haired characters are a rarity, and as the show goes on we will see fewer and fewer designs that follow the rules of the core family, such as physics-defying spikes or hard beard lines, so while we still have them we must celebrate them!
Like many characters from this episode, Bart gets a unique snow day design, although his is sadly never utilised for merry frolicking.
If you're not following along as closely and directly as I am, do yourself a favour and take a moment to scrub through this sequence of characters playing in the snow. Not only will you see specific new designs of regular characters, but also the inclusion of many unusual characters that have barely been seen before now (and will rarely be seen again.) It's a real "who's who" of the earliest Simpsons years.
Many of these bozos I would barely recognise were it not for the fact that I had to draw them. When your bench isn't that deep, you really have to use all your players, I suppose.
