Hey everyone! Let me present to you the Troll Lair, a free map from the Daniel's Maps backlog. This map works very well with the recently released Mountain Spirit Temple battlemap.

The Crunchy Carrot is the best Inn & Tavern in Tharg and the surrounding lands. Recently innkeeper Yon Morrun started having trouble supplying his establishment with clean water. The well in the cellar has always provided clear dinking water, until it didn't. Something has tainted the water source.

Deep below the well is a spring of clear water, but now a troll has made its lair in the caves below the inn. Its foul aura has tainted the well and cavern. The water has turned green and foul.

The troll itself has not taken residence in the cavern out of free will. She used to live in the nearby woods, until a wailing spirit made its home there, slowly expanding her domain and corrupting all the wildlife in it. The troll fled from the forest and was hunted by humans. Eventually she found narrow passageways that led her to this water spring.

If the spirits in the woods can be dealt with the troll would be glad to leave this lair and go home.
