I am that much closer to finishing up book 3. I got a bunch of chapters for the first draft down, along with progress on the outline of Book 4. My focus is shifting to morning editing book 3, with some outline work on book 4, and then second edits of book 1 in the afternoons.
This weeks goals are aggressive but I’m a little behind schedule with where I want to be for this month. I’m really good at getting back on schedule, so I’m not concerned at least not yet. I have chapters scheduled into next month and more get put on the calender as I make progress in book 3.
I’ve been dreaming of an epic fight scene in the series that won’t take place until book 5 or 6 at the earliest. When I have something I can weave in like this, it makes writing that much more exciting. Not that it isn’t exciting already. I can’t wait to get through the draft of editing and get into writing faster.
