Off The Grid Phone Fix

I'm talking about these ones:

Mods that change the randomWeightedLoot_OffTheGrid_PhoneUse tuning or adjust the zone modifiers for these moddlets. Well, It basically conflicts with mods that do the same.

2025-09-30 17:28:31 +0000 UTCHi, unfortunately, the university related things are very buggy and cause severe errors. That's why I don't want to touch this part of code as I'm aware of Last Exceptions that happen because of the diploma object. I think other modders don't fix it for the same reason

Just a way to create a diploma based on a pre-existing degree? I havenβt seen anything about EA planning on fixing this bug and iβm so sad about it π
