Trying to wrap up this diaper scene

When I finish these two, I think I'm going to make a release. I've already finished the part where Mia cleans Olivia's bottom and now I'm writing the part where Mia cleans Olivia's vulva. I'd like for something "cute" to happen at the end, like maybe Mia kisses the clean vulva, but I dunno, yet. Obviously, Mia's not the type to be a normal caretaker :)
I realize my idea of "Mia caring for Olivia" may not be the same as your idea. If anyone would like to give me some examples, I'd love to hear them. Otherwise, I'll just be doing what I've got planned.
