This is Snowberry's office at the Planetary Operations Center for the local branch of the Stellar Alliance - loosely inspired by the look of various sets from the old Buck Rogers TV show. You may notice that his shelf is made from those plastic bin-things that so many of the sets on Buck Rogers were made from.
