(COMM) Kitsune the Swift

So, here we have a commission for Cogsmire11, where we debut a new character, Kitsune the Swift! A nomadic martial arts master, not much is known about Kitsune. She is said by many to be as swift as the wind, and through some unknown force, she is capable of channeling and harnessing the element of wind! Could it be magic perhaps? Who knows?
