Two young noblewomen walk towards a scaffolding that had been constructed in front of their local church in under a day. They were both shocked as to why it was built and why they were taken there. Witchcraft the people claimed. They had been charged with the crime of witchcraft and sorcery. Both girls were innocent of such claims as such things where not real. But it seems the people did not believe them. After a quick trial held by the priest the sentence was declared and both were given a day to prepare for their execution. They had both chosen to wear their finests clothes for such event. They wished to go out as the nobles they where in life. First was the eldest sister. She was terribly afraid as she walked up the stairs that would lead her to find a noose awaiting her. It did not take long for it to be tied around her neck as she was given a few moments to realize the fate that awaited her. After a few agonizing seconds of tension and dread building. Her executioner pulled the lever and she dropped. As she fell she was stopped by the rope around her neck as it squeezed tightly around her neck. Below her sister was made to watch as she kicked and buckled under the rope desperately trying to find some support for her straining neck. Which would be to no avail. But during all of it the people noticed the youngest sister seem to be smiling… Enjoying her eldest’s death dance. They decried she was indeed a witch for enjoying such a act and was insulted by the people. The eldest would soon enough succumb to her rope as she became motionless and tired. Her face red, eyes bloodshot and full of tears as drool escaped her mouth and she soiled her dress. She was quickly removed from the gallows as her sister was soon enough made to walk up the same stairs as her sister.
