Preconceptions 9
Added 2023-08-07 23:30:19 +0000 UTCKerrain slapped me in the face with a handful of digital twenties and requested more of Preconceptions! Little did they know that was also one of the stories I had recently re-read and been figuring out the plot on, so once I had finished the chapter I was working on and the power was restored (Storm knocked out power to my place for just about the entire weekend) it was pretty easy to update! I like when that happens (the easy to write chapter not the power outage). Anyway here it is, enjoy!

Looks like Jim dodged a bullet there. And yes Jack, you are an adrenaline junkie. With the hotel conscious I wonder who will start being attracted to it for lodging? Hopefully it will attract Tara if she passes through LA on her way to Sunnyhell. If they rescue Fred then Jim might get his super smart girlfriend and Jack might find a strange comfort in listening to her babble about things. I don't think Faith, if/when she gets fed up with Dictator Buffy and/or the Council of Wankers, would actually have a hard time meeting up with him in LA after a few months pass. Because the underworld will be talking about the group of crazy White Hats operating out of the Hyperion Hotel. While she won't realize who it is until she sees him, he will be easy to find.
