In the last show I revealed I'd lost 5kg on the Cyclethon - but have I been able to keep it up? (Especially despite Connor's best efforts recently to stuff me full of sandwiches).

Hi Chris. I caught only the first hour of your RV trip on YouTube yesterday but the video was taken down (made private by CDVA). Do you know what happened and if it will be available again here or elsewhere?
