Krystals Cheesecake Brownies
Added 2020-12-28 21:46:56 +0000 UTCHope you all had a wonderful holiday and a happy new year. On Christmas I had a craving for brownies and may have became mad with cooking power and drew Krystal on top.
Bottom layer is dark chocolate fudgey brownie and ontop is eggnog cheesecake, if I'm being honest it did not turn out all that well, the brownie tasted fine but it kind of fell apart and didn't cook all the way through but I salvaged it.

Im glad you liked it :) I tried making it all from scratch but it didn't turn out the best so I would recommend using your favorite boxed brownie mix and add some Guinness to the batter, maybe a couple tablespoons. pour it on the bottom of a springform pan and then put your cheesecake mix ontop here's a simple recipe https://youtu.be/ZYoYffXWiwk?t=185 to make it eggnog either add a couple tbl spoons of eggnog or add some rum extract and a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon.
