Coffee Ramble 3 - Failed the Matrix.

I guess my luck had to run out eventually.

I'm sick.  On top of some other health issues I've been having I'm officially sick.  Sick-sick.  

I don't know what it's going to turn out to be.  Right now it's just the stuffed head and scratchy throat phase with a slight headache, so I don't know if this thing is going to progress any more.  I hate that I have to also worry that this could be COVID.  I don't have any way to test if it is, so I'll have to see how this thick that crawled down my throat and picked a fight progresses.

It comes at an unfortunate time, though I guess contracting an illness NEVER comes at a good time.  I was hoping to get a great deal of things cleared out of the house at a free 'Big Bin' event they were putting on tomorrow.  Unfortunately it looks like I'll just have to hire several bins down the road when I'm not in sneeze-country.

I did want to post a Coffee Ramble today.  I was working on art to go along with it, talking about a place known as the Groaning Tower and it's weird denizens but I've had to put that on hold.  There's no powering through this one.  I'll be taking the next however many days to rest until it passes one way or the other.

This will mean a delay in commission and sketchwork as well until I feel well enough to get back to it.  I have a separate problem going on with my father's taxes that I'm thinking will take up another 6 months.  Whatever you do, hire an accountant that actually gets back to you within 4 months when dealing with taxes.

So, my apologies folks.  The Coffee Ramble this time around isn't an entertaining one.  Hopefully this thing turns out to just be a head-cold and will pass sooner rather than later.  I look forward to scrabbling more stuff for you all.

I'm going to go and try to lay down and not have the chorus of Irish Rovers looping in my head.
