UPDATE - Rings of Vesper boardgame prototype

After a few weeks on hold, I managed to finish the test version of 2 more characters. I have 4 now, what I imagined to make a solid group against Vesper's threats. They still need HEAVY playtesting of course, but with a full party, I can finally design enemies and bosses accordingly.
Each character plays differently, with unique mecanics, tokens, secondary cards, etc... I would say that 1 character is easy to understand, 2 are medium and 1 is way harder to master.

Sister Rose's goal is to manage debuffs across the battlefield. She gets more actions each time she applies debuffs. One way of doing that is to get debuffs on herself and then to tranfer them quickly on her targets.

The Knight is "not alone". He can summon ghosts with unique skills they perform once per turn, in order to expand the number of actions the Knight can do on his own. Also, when ghosts come, act or leave, it triggers extra effects.

Sister Hildegarde is a nurse with pointy fangs. She can use HP to play more cards. Despite the obvious danger it comes with, she also enters a blood rage when close to fall. This has equally good and bad consequences, proceed qith caution.

Felicity is a powerful mage, but like all of them, she has to deal with everchanging magic currents. Every turn, magic types evolve from very effective to dangerous and she has to make the most out of it. Of course she is skilled enough to manipulate that, despite the random elements that can come into play...

I have more characters to add later when the core game is "fully done" at a working concept stage at least.
