A Quick Update

I finally compiled the master list of $10 patrons and should send out a notice about the free sketch to the next person on the list on the 24th this month.  I like to try and aim for the 15th each month but its been more busy than usual in other job aspects.

That said, I'm slowly making my way through the new folks who signed up, and once done I'll reset the list and start doing second pics for everyone as well.

I was asked elsewhere if I could send out hard copies of things I sketch or prints to folks, unfortunately the Canadian Postal Service is prohibitively expensive when it comes to both domestic and international shipping.  This is slightly alleviated if you are a corporation or business and have a contract through a courier, sadly I don't have much interest in incorporating the art side of things, as that takes a lot of the fun out of drawing and sharing, and its incredibly expensive to do so.  I've looked into possible ways to do hard-copy sketches and send them, but the majority of the folks on my list are in the U.S. the E.U. or AUS areas it seems, and shipping anything with backing (preventing bending), plastic casings and large envelopes has really skyrocketed in price and customs since the last time I sent anything internationally.

That said, I'll always provide a high resolution image of the sketch in question and absolutely give permission to anyone to have it printed professionally or otherwise for their own personal use.  I claim no ownership over characters presented to me to draw, and while I might ask to post a lower resolution image here and on my other galleries for folks to see, I'd always ensure that I include the character's creator in descriptions, etc.

Hoping to have the painting flats to show in the next week, as I have a couple days off from other work to sit and do some art stuffs!  Until then, see you all next post!
