Here she is, folks! The very first test build!
Pardon if it's a bit rough around the edges. I really hope you all enjoy what's there so far! It's very bare bones, but I'm hoping there's still a bit of fun to be had. :)

Yeah, the edge borders have been a problem that I gotta fix before next build. Forgot to add some padding over there lmao

2023-09-14 03:17:15 +0000 UTCThis game is really well done, the only bug/glitch I have found was during the feeding minigame the player character can fall off the map if you start the minigame when standing too close to the edge of the map.

Main nitpicks so far, is the already mentioned out of map milk bottles, but on top of that, being on the very edge of the map when feeding, will cut out the menu text. Another small nitpick is the lack of telling the player button inputs, which if fine for everything sides B. (nitpick i know)

In later versions, I intend for the gals to head to the barn for milking, but I'll put in a temporary fix for now to keep them from doing that! Also, yeah! There's a fourth size once you get her to 1,000 lbs. :) If you end up running out of gold, you can just wait for mushrooms and berries to grow. They can be sold to S'apphire for some cash!

I like how the difficulty scales based on the current stats, and the progression of the cow is fantastic! I got up to a little over 700 lbs. (not sure where the largest sprite caps out). I ended up running out of gold, but I wasn't playing optimally (I kept fullness maxed out all the time). I only spotted one bug: When milking at the edge of the map, the bottles dropped off the edge of the map. Awesome work so far, and looking forward to seeing this develop further!
