Much later than I would have liked, I've finally got a setup that I can use to do artwork while a new graphics card is on it's way.
Today's work was the sketch done for Charly Dunst, who got the slot for last month's $10 tier sketch, featuring Teresa Fairchild (sherrif and rabbit!) holding a Xon parasite in one hand, and an organically created long-rifle in the other. It's a pretty long story but one that intrigued me quite a bit.
I haven't done many western themed images over the years, and I think I've only ever drawn one cowboy hat before, so it was an interesting learning experience in getting the apparel right. I also wanted to go crazy detailed on the buildings in the background, but these are supposed to be kept minimal to save time.
Links will follow, as always.
Have a good weekend, folks
