Future Tech from Eras Gone By

I've been drawing a lot of otter sketches (which will be posted once cleaned up a little) to keep in practice for the comic, so adding more otter to the mix was a happy co-incidence.
I was given the mandate of having him exploring a post-apocalyptic beach. I figured finding a fully functioning spear-gun would be a pretty amazing find. Surviving in the water just got a little easier.
