Short Update

I was supposed to update last Friday, and had plans to show off the first two pages of the comic I'm working on in colour. Sadly due to a couple circumstances I wasn't able to have that update ready on time.

I was immensely displeased with the work on the first couple of pages. Namely the colour. While I can usually paint to a standard degree and make it look reasonable I'm completely out of my league when it comes to doing consistent colouring for comics. The art on the pages was disappointing to say the least.

I've therefor scrapped the first two pages, and will be completely re-working them. I'm still relatively unsure how to handle doing this work, and while I don't want to give up on it entirely, I'm not going to put out work that is in all cases well below standard. I'll work on trying to learn some techniques from whatever sources I can find.

I'm very sorry about the delays on this. I'll have other artwork to post in the meantime, including painted images, but the comic is getting pushed back until I can figure out a good compromise.
