Added 2025-06-07 02:30:28 +0000 UTCwow thank you all for joining and supporting me! To celebrate here is a couple new patches to play with, both inspired by the capabilities inside Fruity Delay3.
Pentaverb
Pentaverb uses 5 Fruity Delay3's in succession. each delay has a slightly longer "time" value decided by the "multiply knob. At smaller "multiply" values, the verb turns into a chorus/comb sound, longer values sound more spacious with reflections. What makes this special from a regular reverb is the metallic tones and glitchy effects you can get out of automating knobs.
Pulse Width
Pulse Width recreates the sound of "Pulse Width Modulation" and/or the phase cancellation heard in Square4 dubstep basses. Turning the main knob goes from fully cancelled silence, to phasing, and then to Dry (ish). It uses 2 lanes of 3 fruity Delay3's each, with phase inversion in between the second lane. This one is best used in a chain of effects like after a comb, convolver, etc.
