Episode 159 - Sail to Orikum and Roadtrip across Albania!
Added 2023-08-28 08:32:34 +0000 UTCWhat a very cool start to our week, we sail nicely into Orikum Marina, sort out all the essential paperwork and hire ourselves a car to go off exploring across Albania. Thankfully we got some very sound advise regarding roads(unsafe tracks throughout the mountains) to avoid and we get under way with some fun stops along the way admiring stunning scenery, local goat herders, fantastic castles and sample some very scrummy Albania food.

He is so cute! But then so was that cow 😍 🐮 it was so cool having cows and sheep n goats roaming all over the place and lots of dogs running around protect them! It was a great trip and the history and culture there is amazing! 🤗

That castle was definitely during a time of not much freedom and sadness of the general population. Looks like tourism as least the time of year you visited was slow. Must be a semi tropical area, with oranges etc in November. Loved the faces made by Bear as well as Beau finishing drinking the Albania wines. Nice video, Nicky.
