2019-07-15 23:45:15 +0000 UTCMy first exposure to temptation this morning was a success. Master’s voice popped into my head and I no longer desired the Belvita snack I usually have with my coffee. It was quite remarkable. The subconscious mind is a powerful thing and we are beholden to it more than we realize. Obeying my master is natural and feels good. So, when I’m tempted to eat something with empty calories, I will hear her gentle voice, will not make the bad choice AND I will be rewarded by feeling good for obeying. Self reinforcing. My master really is a genius.
