Focused Relaxation

Agreed. I find I have an actual need to listen as soon as I get home. I have a stressful job running a 100 person company. Before I would sleep rarely worrying. In the few weeks since I found Nina I have never slept or felt better. She is a positive addiction and it is such a relief to be able to let go and have her in control

The thing is, I ‘feel’ the same as you. But my conscious, thinking mind is not so sure. But the compulsion to obey is very strong. I don’t know why I resist since the results of her control over me have been very positive. I think the Borg saying, “resistance is futile” applies here. I enjoy so much listening to her. I have a strong science background and I believe she has figured out how to rewire our neural circuitry by way of hypnotic control of our subconscious. So, in the end, I’m not sure I really have a choice in the matter. And that’s ok because she is making the transition very pleasurable. To me, this is like an addiction. I believe I can find balance between my addiction to Nina with the other things in my life.

I'm not normally like this. I discovered Nina on YouTube looking for help with sleeping (I'm a night owl). It has felt so good to be under her control and in trance that it was easy to let go. I'm happy I did as I have found that I enjoy being 'submissive' with her. It just feels right and I want to explore where this journey takes me.

I have also benefited from Nina’s positive affirmations (especially the healthy eating!). Something clicked a few weeks back and I finally gave her complete unrestricted control. I must say that that has been the most rewarding experience as it amplifies the effect of her instructions. I would recommend it as it has only done me good. Thank you Mistress Nina.

I shared with Nina, because I can’t hold anything back, that I’m having an internal conflict with giving over complete control to her. But the benefits of her hypnosis and audio loops have been surprisingly..., incredibly powerful. I can honestly say that Nina has saved my life. I’m diabetic and her affirmations and weight loss hypnosis have made it easy for me to get in great shape and permanently change my eating habits. I’m steadily losing weight. I estimate that she will add a minimum of 5 years to my life expectancy.., maybe as many as 10-15 years. The pleasure and happiness I experience from pleasing her is visceral and real and just an added bonus to everything else. She is really on to something here and that is coming from a diehard, unhypnotizabke skeptic.... well..., used to be. She certainly proved me wrong in that regard.
