WIPs 8/22

I meant to have this up yesterday, but it slipped my mind. I'm still trying to get my meds, but they're still on back order. I'm talking to my doctor now to see if I can find an alternative, because it's been almost a month and I can't get anything done.
Just to give y'all some context, without my medication I can maybe focus on something for about 15 minutes before before my brain has to move on to something else. I get painfully bored and I feel like I'm going to fall asleep. Those 10-15 minutes bursts of focus aren't too bad for some tasks, but when it comes to drawing it's difficult. Starting tasks are also incredibly difficult. I haven't posted on social media much either, I hate writing posts and this makes it even harder.
I'm sorry if it seems like I'm just complaining, but I want y'all to understand what's going on with me and why I've slowed down the past couple of months.
I really want to get back to being steady, but it's been rough. All promised rewards are still going to be posted on time.

That sucks, sorry to hear it’s so tricky to acquire at times. I was only wondering because Focus Factor Extra Strength has been on back order for months at this point-thought that might be what you needed. Glad you found a workaround! Hope your normal meds return soon!

2024-08-26 13:48:54 +0000 UTCThanks for the suggestion! Sadly it's Aderall and since it's a controlled substance getting a hold of it can be tricky sometimes. Apparently it was a back order of my dosage and not the medicine itself, so my Dr prescribed prescribed something slightly lower and I was able to get my hands on it.

2024-08-26 13:03:14 +0000 UTCIf the meds you need are Focus Factor Extra Strength, you can get a similar/basically the same dosage by taking 4 normal strength Focus Factor pills. And the slowness is fine, we get it!
