The most voted option for nationality was Irish, a decision i'll absolutely not take advantage of to make her talk in incomprehensible and angry drivel. Not at all. How could you even think that about me.
Now on the next thing to decide, remember this is a delinquent school so most characters know how to fight and have knowledge of some martial art or weapon. I'll let you make proposals for weapons and then do a poll, including"she's not a fighter" and maybe some other option.
Now have into account when making your proposals that while the school permits a grade of weapons that fall inside common delinquent use, they forbid the most clearly lethal weapons like blades, and many such weapons falls outside what the delinquents themselves consider valid under delinquent's code of honor.
So most blunt weapons are going to be valid but not the gut slicing ones.
