And that we would never want you to stay subscribed for something to which you get no value. You comment tells me nevertheless to make sure that there are additional channels for our subscribers to reach out to if they need billing assistance. I'll add this to the FAQ later today.

I've had some bad experiences with this sort of thing in the past. I know that I can unsubscribe from Patreon at any point, there's no risk there. But I've run into issues with other STL subscriptions that use their own site. Like Loot Studios... I tried them out, but you have to literally email them in order to unsubscribe and when I tried they simply ignored it repeatedly and billed me for months after. I had to deactivate my credit card in order to get out of the subscription. This set up seems similar to that, which makes me a bit apprehensive.

I absolutely love the Dark Elves, these are hands-down your best work so far. But what happens if I unsubscribe to your new service in the future? Do I retain the account and the ability to download files for those months I had been subscribed for when I stop paying for new months, or will I lose access to that as soon as I unsubscribe? Is there no way to set up a permanent file access account without payment information being required, such as My Mini Factory or the like?

how come the overlord files are not available on the website for ANY of the months i bought? they all SAY overlord on them but when i click and download the complete folder or look at individual folders underneath it ONLY shows leader content, there is no overlord content anywhere for any of them

Good morning, two days ago I was charged through Patreon, today I got a notification through PayPal I'm being charged again through the new website. When the move was announced I inserted the code that was provided and checked out with zero owing on the new website 4 days ago. We'll be working in September to adding polls and comments to HeroesInfinite.com. Our subscribers' feedback is invaluable to us, and not something we want to lose! However, unless a post or a poll is Patrons-only, you should be able to comment even if you're not a patron on Patreon.

Overlord in UK is £12.50 + VAT. UK VAT is 20%, so you are currently paying £15 on Patreon, which is US$20.53, so more that you would pay on HeroesInfinite.com Patreon sets the exchange rate every 6 months and rounds to round number. Whereas our payment provider charges at the current exchange rate. Hence the difference.

Tech note, although the first email from HI showed up in my inbox just fine, subsequent emails from HI showed up in the "junk" email folder (I use outlook.com). Be sure to check there if you have an over-zealous email provider like mine.

This system is pretty nice. It reminds me of Loot Studios which is arguably the smoothest download service I've used since starting to collect the dragon's hoard of STL files I've got. If it goes the same direction that they're using, then I can only see this being a positive. I've swapped from Patreon to that service for now. :)

I wonder, if every creator is on their own website instead of Patreon, how new customers will ever FIND them. I only know of Loot Studios, for instance, because they saturate MMF with ads (that they have to pay for). Ads that, ironically, I only saw because I was onMMF because of Patreon. I’m sure Patreon is annoying for a creator to work with, but it’s main benefit is exposure and advertising! Without it, you’re your own tiny island in the internet ocean.

I was a beta tester and the system works great. The beta tester were those who were with them from the first month so as you can tell I love INFINITE HEROES and I will follow them wherever I have to to keep getting the best printable mini's in the world. As a side note I also subscribe to another non patreon monthly subscription and the concept really does work for those who are displeased with this. I think a lot of the patreons will be leaving Patreon fully or partially soon for various reasons so this is to be expected in the near future. I am all for it.

I understand your concerns. Please know that both the website and the payment system are on 2 reputable solid platforms that are used throughout the web worldwide by millions of customers. Furthermore, your payment info is secured via Stripe and Paypal, exactly like it is on Patreon. If you prefer to wait, however, please do so. We will make sure to do a better job to clearly inform our subscribers about the safety of the platforms we use. That being said, please remember that we have been in business with Raging Heroes since 2009 and have never had any security issues as, once again, we only work with reputable and proven platforms.
