OK, PLEASE read this to make make everything easier:
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY: By downloading the files, you acknowledge that all STL files downloaded remain the property of Raging Heroes; by becoming a patron, you are getting a license only for your personal use of these files.
You agree to comply with the following:
You cannot redistribute, re-sell, or modify them in any way to benefit a third party; You cannot print them for someone else; You cannot sell your prints; You cannot cast your prints and sell them either; You are responsible for reviewing and complying with our Terms and Conditions here (pdf file).
2. Link is valid until August 31, 11:45PM PST (Pacific Time Zone). Download one Zip at a time and use 7Zip or WinZip to extract.
3. Right after downloading, UNZIP your downloads to check your files! An incomplete download will result in a corrupted archive, so you'll need to re-download the files again. Please don't wait until the month is over before you suddenly discover that your zip file is not working.

→HOW TO DOWNLOAD
Don't try to download everything at once: instead, please go inside the file folder structure, and download in smaller bites. Just make sure you are not missing anything ;) When you click on Download, Sync (the host for our files) first zips and encrypts the files before beginning the download. If it needs to zip a whole bunch of files at once, the message "Calculating" can take several minutes before download starts. For most patrons, this all works without any problem.
But not for everyone. There are some patrons for whom this just doesn't work well. And occasionally, possibly when everybody hits the server all at once, Sync can stay stuck on "Calculating" forever...
So we also provide an additional option to get all the files: we ourselves first zip the files of the full release before we upload them to Sync. We place them directly in the main folder, which also houses the entire release in smaller folders. However, these files contain the full release and so, they are big! Which is no wonder, because there is so much stuff on our monthly releases :) As it can happen on the Internet and depending as well on your internet connection, big downloads can sometimes fail, so you may have to re-start the download if that happens to you.

Contact us directly by direct message, not in the comments. We love your comments on all our posts, but we are unable to read them every day, otherwise, we would not have enough time to sculpt :) And we'd hate for your problem to go unanswered. We check our Patreon messages every work day.
Just so you know what we've got to work with: the Patreon message is very 2001... We can't mark a message back as Unread once we've read it - which can be a problem if we need to sort out some issues before replying to you, so occasionally, despite our best efforts, a unanswered message can get lost in the long list of answered messages.
That's right, we can't even sort messages between read and answered, and we can't archive anything...
Despite such limitations, we manage, but don't hesitate to check back if something's amiss

2021-08-30 18:20:05 +0000 UTCIn case you were not informed, multiple stl files in the unsupported modular walls are corrupted. I downloaded them multiple times with the same issue. The supported versions all seem to be OK.

2021-08-30 17:57:09 +0000 UTCYou can open up LYS files in Lychee slicer. Having the LYS files allows you to modify the supports on the presupported files, should you decide that they need tweaking for your printer (say if you wanted to make a couple supports a little thinner, or add 1 or 2 extra supports here and there), rather than starting supports from fresh (unsupported). Is good to keep them.

2021-08-26 16:31:01 +0000 UTCOK, so I downloaded all the contents from Leader and Overlod folders, undpacked them to check if files are working and it's OK for STLs. Can't check the LYS files cause... well, according to uncle Google they are meant to be used with DataCAD and leave it there ;) Mu question is - what is the purpose of LYS files. My guess is that those who decid to pay can edit the scuplts but that's just a guess. And since I'm fresh with printing minis myself I'd like not to make grave mistake by removing LYS files to save space... So again, my question is: What's the purpose / use of LYS files that are part of packages?

2021-08-24 12:53:34 +0000 UTCIf I have to message them then it is locked to me whereas most other companies (that I have used so far) just give Patrons open access by having the set unlocked on MMF after the initial Patreon month. I love Raging Heroes mini and have even bought sets prior to having a printer, so it would be with a heavy heart if I did leave them, but their mercenary attitude to business is pushing me away.

I just want MMF to register I have bought it so I can download it after month end like the other 5 companies I patron who are all a lot smaller (in at least one case just one person) than RH.

I just don't have the spare time to sit downloading numerous gig of data each month and am getting a bit tired of losing out each month because of your when it's gone it's gone policy. Can you please for the love of all that is good start using a more stable download platform or stick it as available on MMF like most other Patreons do, you already have an MMF platform I have bought thing through it show us Patrons some love.

While some of the models are great, the theme is very very generic. There are many different patreons devoted to general wizards, orcs and goblins fantasy miniatures. Not threatening to cancel my membership, just expressing a desire to see more original ideas as I have come to expect from you.

2021-08-10 13:16:11 +0000 UTCI'm very pleased to be corrected if I am wrong, but I had understood that the images presented in Heroes Infinite promotional material were computer generated renders rather than actual prints, illustrating the quality of the STL files. The quality of the prints is down to us! But if those are physical models, the technology and artistry used in their production would be astonishing! You could achieve comparable results with finishing and painting. Assuming you want to print a single-piece miniature, you would need to print the whole model in the most transparent material required (e.g. the smoke from the elementalist) and then paint over the parts that need to be opaque. By judicious use of translucent washes you could achieve different degrees of transparency.

It is currently in beta as of, like, last week. A handful of patrons have been asked to test it. There have only been a few comments from the beta testers, but they have been positive and say that it is very similar to Loot Studios' service.

For example, in the absence of instruction, I naturally assumed that 'Base 1' and 'Base 2' would the bottom two pieces of the base. But now I have printed them I can clearly see they are not, as they have joining pieces on each side.

Honestly i would love to see part 2s for the Norse and Egyptian Pantheons. Lots more protentional there. Not to mention other pantheons like the Shinto, Hindu, Celtic and Aztec pantheons. Maybe one every few months. I know some people don't like them. Wizards here could have more stuff as well. You could also do some race sets like Elf, Dwarf, Beastmen ect and base entire sets around those. Dinosaurs are also always a good go too. Finally i would love to see scifi sets even if it meant another dedicated patreon and subscription!
