Google Drive seems to be taking bloody ages to process videos recently. But here's Fridays video for you to watch early (if you want to). It's kinda fun. I mean... it's Maiev stuck in a cell the whole time but I tried to be a bit creative with it.
Anybody played that Avengers game? I've seen the reviews. I know it's not getting the most positive reactions from people. I think I'm just having a hard time accepting that cos I love superheroes. Can't really justify dropping £50 on a game that everyone's saying is really repetitive though. I'll just wait til it's on sale.
Thing is... I don't actually mind these 'Games as a Service' type games. I enjoyed Anthem (I know that makes me weird). Destiny was alright. I only played The Division 1 but that was kinda cool. I agree; the micro-transactions are really shitty but... the games themselves can be quite fun.
I mean, at their core, most video games are repetitive. In fact, I would say all of them are.
So I'm kinda intrigued to hear an opinion from someone that actually likes these Destiny-type games rather than people who spend most of their time complaining about those types of games.
It's kinda like when you see a review for a horror movie and the first line is "I've never liked horror...". - Well then why the absolute bugger-f*cks are you reviewing a horror movie, you nob?!
