An update on the second release of Shale Hill Secrets
Added 2021-05-31 22:21:38 +0000 UTCAbout eight weeks have passed since the first release of Shall Hill Secrets, meaning we are getting very close to the second installment. The episode is basically 99% done, and we are currently working hard at polish, doing testing and implementing some last minute fixes.
Our original plan was to get a build ready today - since historically we release things on the last day of the month -, but we drastically underestimated how big this update is. After two months in the oven, this game is a lot denser and more complicated than the average DH episode.
We’ve prepared a big surprise for this episode based on the feedback we received from the survey we ran a few months ago, and we’re very excited about it! This release will definitely highlight better the features we have in mind for the project and show how things will evolve over time.
Please, hold tight! We need a little more time to put everything together and make sure the build is stable. We promise the wait will be worth it! We’re at full throttle and we’re confident we’ll get it ready for this weekend. As it’s only fair, May supporters that can’t renew their pledge for June will still receive the game via a Patreon message.

Well it's almost 6 pm here, i don't know the timezone of devs. But, something tells me the update is going to be available tomorrow (at least for me =P)

2021-06-06 19:39:20 +0000 UTCPatience is a virtue. As eager as i am for the release i dont mind waiting everytime. At least we know it will be complete and working properly. Major Game Developers always release an unfinished game to meet a deadline and it usually has bugs and problems.

We want the game to be the same for both Gold and Platinum supporters. We don't want to create a "second class" experience for those that can't pledge more. That said, we have several improvements coming to the Platinum tier... Stay tuned!
