I have a poem for you

This poem I stumbled across sums up the thoughts that have been occupying my mind recently.
The lives that I have lived.
The trauma I have suffered.
The healing I have sought.
And all the people I have met along the way. The conversations shared, the connections made. Yet we just keep on moving through this crazy thing called life.
