I always get asked if this is hard to do... well, yeah! But just like anything it takes practice!
I started slacklining during Australia's first lockdown in 2020. At first, we were allowed to travel 20km past our homes which turned into 10km and then 5km... I was lucky enough to have a park directly across from my house where I spent most days practicing.
It takes just as much mental focus as it does strength and that's why I love it!
