The Overworld is COMPLETE!

Big announcements are always the best ones. Our friends have gathered to let the community know that the Design of the Overworld is now 100% complete (barring a couple of small fixes discovered in Post).

Over the next week, we'll do a lovely 'World Tour' video, and a Stream on Twitch to match. So that anyone interested can see the design of each world, along with a Sample of the Race who lives there. 

Our 90's Cartoon Inspired cast will flush out, one character at a time, as we move on to building the main story.

This will involve Cutscene Creation, Standardized Cameras on Every Object, Questing and Dialogue Interaction, Focus Camera Controls, Vocal Dialogue Integration, Mouth Animation Systems, Basic Combat, Inventory Usage, a slew of Particle Effect events, and Level Loading inside of another Level. We'll clean up the world as we build in it.

The New Hub has been built so that we can wire the Time System to the new levels, and build the Time Traveling Skill system. The code is all there, we just have to finally turn it on, and blow the cobwebs off of it.

Expect the coming updates to be some spoiler free world building and lore as we create the game.

Our very FIRST endeavor is the opening Cutscene, which has already been scripted and is ready to be art-infused. I've also been taking apart the score and have begun assigning tracks to Zones. As we progress, the very first think in Milestone 4's backlog is the creation of Triggered Sound Spheres for both Ambience and Music throughout the world. As people start to help with the testing, I want to make sure the world is as immersive as it can possibly be. And that means MUSIC!

Now if you'll excuse me, it's raining, and I've made a Beef Cutlet Katsu-don for myself for lunch as a reward for the hard work. Itatakimas!
