I think it's what makes this movie interesting : we all have different views and opinions. I don't think either side was "right" or "wrong". It's purely a matter of subjectivity. I'd say I agree with Tony on the fact that they should have limits and take responsibility for the lives that were destroyed. He is also right to respond emotionally to what he heard about the kid in Sokovia, I'd probably be on his side if I were in the same situation. As for Cap, he was right to defend his friend in a way, what happened wasn't Bucky's fault and I wouldn't want him to die because of that, I also think that Cap was right to question the agendas of the UN. I think Cap was wrong to not consider that signing the Accord is a way to be responsible, I also think he shouldn't have lied to Tony. As for the ending fight, I didn't want them to fight, I didn't want Bucky to die or get hurt or anything, but I believe, although he wasn't being rational, that the shock of the news and "betrayal" for Tony was simply too much. So I kind of side with Tony's opinion on the Accord while also agreeing with Cap for Bucky.

It is clear that Tony is not on the right side here, but neither is Captain America. Convenient how Rogers is always about following the rules and talking about regulations when every else makes a mistake, but in this he is all about breaking the rules and not being regulated and and everyone is all like, "oh, so right, Tony is the villain for wanting to follow the law." In the 1st fight, Cap's team got way to aggressive first, and in the 2nd fight Cap was taking it too far when he attacked Tony to defend Buck. Dont get me wrong, I love Bucky and would have legit hated Tony if he had killed him, but he had a right to be angry and Cap was more self righteous and condescending when defending his fugitive friend to Tony rather than trying to be compassionate for Tony pain watching his parents being murdered by the man standing in front of him. In my opinion both Cap and Tony were equally wrong in every argument and battle in this movie.
