Been a long time since I last did Street Fighter character. Surprisingly the hair is not the most difficult part, it's actually her eyeshadow makeup until I remember the solution I made for Chun-Li. Please read the instruction in release post for further details. I tried to capture A.K.I's crazy expression as well and I'm pretty satisfied with the result.
