URI is the abbreviation for "upper respiratory infection," and it's obviously not a diagnostic tool. I'm sure Fuboo meant MRI since that is a diagnostic tool. I still like the idea the doctor deliberately infected Peter with a URI. But anosmia, which is a symptom of a URI, if present for months, could also indicate a brain tumor. That would explain Peter's perfectly round head though.
