You have to just click it at the right time, what works for me is basically after the first beat of the music- but not spamming as soon as the warning comes on screen, it's a glitch.

Just close the game and try again, try not to click anything or (if you have double screens) don't click off the program while it's loading

Is anyone else stuck at the opening shot with the content warning? It doesn't matter what I click on keyboard or mouse, the game just won't let me go any further than the content warning at the very beginning. The music is playing just fine, but I can't move forward whatsoever :(
