PIKMIN BITS CHARACTER REFS

From left to right we have: Captain Karolyn, Krik, Notch, Drip and Neuron. These are the main characters of Pikmin Bits, pillaging the land to make pokos and build bio-mechanical creatures to dominate the land. They're the good guys!

MEET THE STARS

Captain Karolyn - Often dreaded by her boss and co-workers for her overwhelming persistence and the chaos it brings. But damn, she gets the pokos to spare. She often disregards conditions, rules or concerns, and has a sharp focus on her goal for the day. And her biggest goal is building the perfect bio-mechanical army to overtake PNF-404 for her own, and call it Karo-Land. The resources will be all hers, and those naysayers (her parents, bosses and jerks back in high school) will be sorry.

Krik - Sprouted when Karolyn tossed an unwilling Yellow Pikmin into an Ivory Candypop Bud. Krik loves combat, and will charge immediately at anything, guns a-blazin'. This will cause trouble for the squad, and Krik's body count is probably in the hundreds by now. Karolyn tried to leave him behind, but he always finds his way back. Further studies on a sample of that Ivory Candypop Bud he came from made the ship fully power down for a day.

Notch - Notch is highly insecure about his place as part of the less-used Red Pikmin type, and about his huge nose. Meaning he's always front-and-center whenever a mission is afoot, or when a creature needs defeating. Notch wants to be better at everything, never being satisfied with himself. One of his biggest hurdles is swimming, which his close friend, Drip, is helping him with. Notch was the first Pikmin that Karolyn met, and he was the one who befriended the big Bulbmin.

Drip - Submissive and loyal, Drip follows Notch around because Notch has a drive that Drip sorta envies. Even if Notch has a wild idea, Drip will be with him every step of the way. Drip has burnt legs from a magma incident, which he's sensitive about. Karolyn found him underground cowering from Wogpoles. She accidentally got him hooked on eating the indigenous creatures starting with the head of a Swooping Snitchbug. Wanting more of that flavor, Drip's gotta work on his confidence in battle.

Neuron - Neuron has a thing for the Captain (and Brittany). He's right next to Notch at the front of the group just to be closer to her. He and Krik often squabble whenever they're in the same team, since they want to impress Karolyn more than anything. Neuron is excitable and idealistic, while Krik is unhinged and blood-thirsty-- so they're together all the time. Karolyn saved him from a Bulbear clan, taking the grateful feeb with her. He's lighter than air, with love to share.

Whether their goals are Machiavellian, principled, or simply disturbed, this squad is bound for trouble.
