We teased their existence a couple days ago and I can safely say nobody guessed this one.
The concept art this is based on is by our pal Miski:
In the file, Miski had named him "sheriff of sadness (lost his hat)"
We might just have another nooblet to unveil before the update comes out, so stay tuned!

Please let me hug him T~T <3 Anyway, clearly I need to have a hat ready for him... (Port Forward already looks great from some of the sneak peaks so far <3 Still hoping Rockstack can make a return some day too!)
